How Monkey Mart works
In Monkey Mart, you work as a mini monkey. This monkey has started his own business by setting up a small shop. At the start of the game, the monkey has to manage three things;

- Work as a cashier to sell the items and collect money from the customers.
In the management of all these things, the monkey needs to be very quick and fast-paced. As the business has just started, the monkey cannot afford to hire an assistant who can help him to keep all things running smoothly. So, all you have to do is help the monkey finish his task. But be quick, as the tasks never stop for a second. The customer queue must not slow down, and shelves must not be empty. So, start playing the game on Poki as this little monkey needs your help.
Control Keys
The control keys are very simple, but you must use them right one after another so the monkey shop runs smoothly without any slowing down.

Hire Monkey Workers
Expertly complete your work one after another to earn more money and extend your market. In this way, you will be able to hire monkey workers. These monkey workers will help you in managing your tasks easily. You can hire;
- Farmers: help in gathering animal produce
- Assistants: assist in crop harvesting and stocking stacks
- Cashiers: manage your cash on the counter
- Chefs: cook a variety of food items, including coffee, popcorn, and yogurt
Now, you must be thinking about what you will do after hiring these workers. Don’t worry! You still need to work hard. As the workers often fall asleep during working hours, they get tired. So your little monkey has to keep an eye on them. You can either wake them up or start working on their place so the queue does not line up and the stacks do not get empty.
Produce Different Crops
Bananas are the first crop item from which you started your mart. But you can also produce different types of crops on the market as it grows;

Prepare Processing Items
Now, you can convert the basic food items to the processing items by buying appliances from the money you earn by selling above mentioned crops. These include;
- Yoghurt ⟶ made from bananas
- Popcorn ⟶ cooked from corn (can also be used as an animal food, so animals can produce milk or eggs)
- Baked goods ⟶ from wheat flour

Now, as the Monkey Mart keeps progressing, it opens 6 new marts. These marts need to be unlocked.

Upgrade Your Monkey Mart
This game also introduces a feature of upgradation. As there are some issues that need to be fixed, like workers falling asleep and ques lined up longer. For that purpose, there are 3 upgrades available;
- Stamina ⟶ workers will not fall asleep, and appliances will not break down
- Stack ⟶ you can place more items on stacks due to increasing storage
- Speed ⟶ Workers start moving faster, and processing time will become shorter
